PRESIDENTIAL SCHOLARSHIPS

If you are a UTA student you can also apply for an ROTC UTA Housing Presidential Scholarship.  Do not forget to apply for UTA housing as well and request an ROTC room at Trinity Hall.  We will notify you and the University if you are approved for a housing scholarship and will pay the bill.  Remember that if you are a scholarship recipient you must validate (contract) your scholarship before we pay the bill.

Download and fill the UTA ROTC Housing Scholarship Application and the UTA ROTC Housing Scholarship Agreement.  Return both signed documents to the enrollment and scholarship officer as soon as you can.  You may also want to download and become familiar with the UTA Housing Student guide.

You must apply for the Housing Scholarship prior to the semester beginning.  You can apply for a UTA Presidential Scholarship for Tuition as soon as possible, but not later than week 3 of school.  The Presidential Scholarships are grated in a case-by-case basis and are usually for one semester only.  You must revalidate your Housing Scholarship every semester.  Presidential Tuition Scholarships will be granted on week 3 of classes. You may be required to appear before a scholarship board.

Cadets must remain in good standing in the ROTC program to continue to receive the UTA Presidential Housing Scholarship and/or any other Presidential Scholarship incentives.
